• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing described in this policy, except with the carriers and messaging platform providers required to deliver the messages.

We keep records of SMS consent and message history for 3 to 7 years to meet telecommunications compliance obligations.

6. Call Recording

Calls to or from Ameritechwebs, including calls answered by our AI assistant, may be monitored, recorded, and analyzed for quality assurance, training, compliance, and security purposes. If you prefer that your call not be recorded, please contact us by email instead.
